Cheers to 2024 being over. Therefore, it is time to pause and look back on the past few months. It was a year full of challenges, personal developments and special moments that shaped us. At the same time, the turn of the year also means looking forward and setting new goals. With anticipation and a little excitement, we can ask ourselves what 2025 has in store for us.
It’s the perfect opportunity to reflect on the year 2024 and look at what we’ve accomplished and experienced this year. It may have been exhausting for some, but it’s all the better to look back and see how far you’ve come. And I feel the same way. Letting go of the old and starting the next chapter with new energy and optimism. Let us be inspired by the opportunities and possibilities of a fresh start.

Vienna is my home and offers so much to discover. In this category I share my favorite places, insider tips and experiences from the city. At least the ones from 2024. Here you will find my recommendations that made Vienna unique for me this year.
Category: Breakfast & Brunch
There is hardly anything nicer than starting the day with a leisurely breakfast or an extensive brunch. This year 2024 I have tested and discovered the best locations, the most delicious dishes and the most beautiful spots to really enjoy the morning. A perfect morning starts with the best breakfast/brunch. And then Vienna finally got a taste for it.

I love discovering new cafés – from the traditional Viennese coffee houses to modern concepts with a unique flair. In this category I’ll show you my favorite places for a good cup of coffee and delicious snacks. Coffee simply belongs to Vienna. You can’t separate them and you shouldn’t. And that’s why a lot of cool restaurants opened this year. Here are my favorites from 2024.
Category: Restaurant
For me, a good dinner is more than just a meal – it is an experience. Whether chic, romantic or relaxed: Here I introduce you to restaurants that impress with their ambience, taste and service. Because I can say that the more I go to a restaurant, the higher my expectations are. But like a good Viennese woman, I can’t go without visiting a restaurant, at least once a week.

Evenings in a good bar are always something special. I explore the best bars for you with creative drinks, special concepts and a great atmosphere – perfect for a special occasion or a relaxed drink after work. This 2024 I haven’t visited as many bars as usual, but I’m happy to change that next year.

I have a passion for fashion. For me, fashion is more than just clothing – it is an expression of personality and mood. I love combining seasonal trends with timeless basics and share with you my favorite looks, styling tips and inspiration for every occasion. I have to admit that I was a little more shy at first, but the year 2024 has taught me to come out of myself more. So look forward to lots of fashion blog posts in 2025.

The new category that I would like to “open” for 2025 is “LIFE”. As some may have noticed, I also sometimes post my personal opinion on general trends or my opinion on this or that. And sometimes this doesn’t fit into one of my categories. For this reason I decided to make a new one. Here you will see everything that concerns me personally. Like my wedding, for example.
Summary:
In general, I would say that 2024 was a very turbulent year. Somehow it took such an incredibly long time, at least for me. But looking back, it was quickly over, at least partially. Oh, just a roller coaster ride. And I think it’s not just me. but I still feel grateful for everything I was able to experience this year. That my family, my friends and my partner are by my side. Without it I wouldn’t have been able to do any of this. Love you guys <3
