Attention to all witches and wizards, a new fantasy themed molecular bar has opened especially for you at Karlsplatz, Vienna. Come with me and let yourself be enchanted, feeling like sitting in a witch’s kitchen.
Since this bar is currently experiencing a real hype, it is almost impossible to get a table at the weekend without a reservation. I thought I’d try my luck and fortunately got a seat at the bar. The whole place is decorated in dark tones but mostly green so it would be more a dark/black a light/white magic bar.
Just mysterious.
Unlike other places, there aren’t hundreds of different cocktails here, but just a few unique magic potions brewed in a cauldron. I think in such a unique place you don’t need many drinks but only few unique ones. I choose a clarified pornstar martini, which was served with champagne caviar in a shell. After that I had to try a perfume inspired cocktail called „savage“ which was inspired by the fragrance Dior savage. – And I was not disappointed. Both cocktails were just perfect in terms of taste and serving. As a side you get a free snack sprinkled with golden magic dust.
Conclusion:
A special experience but a bit pricy but worth it.
A location for a special occasion and not for everyday life.
