Mel & Koffie – authentic cafe in Vienna

The smell of fresh pastries, bread and coffee. A true pleasure that you want to smell every day for the perfect start.

An authentic and simple cafe in Vienna. A touch of Scandinavian style – as it is minimalist but still cozy and cute. There are already 2 branches in Vienna, one in the 2nd and 9th districts. I was already convinced by the beautiful and somewhat feminine exterior design, but as soon as I entered the restaurant I felt like I was in a down-to-earth restaurant. You can just see that the pastries are in the foreground.

The range is manageable, but incredibly delicious. There are different cinnamon rolls in a variety of variations. Fresh crusty bread straight from the oven. And as a highlight there were various focaccias. Of course – for anyone who knew me – I couldn’t resist and had to try a classic cinnamon roll, one with apple and an olive focaccia. What also couldn’t be missing was a cappuccino to go. -which was rather average.

Mel & Koffie is a really cute cafe, perfect for the cafe to go that you like to post. Since it is currently more of a trend to get your daily coffee, the prices are a bit high to be able to get a coffee every day.
