The restaurant is located in Vienna’s 1st district and, as the name suggests, belongs to the Huth Group. If you look in my Food & Drinks category, you might discover one or two restaurants that also belong to this group.

From the moment you enter the restaurant, you realize that hospitality is a top priority. Huth DaMoritz combines modern design with classic Italian charm. Warm wood tones, stylish lighting, and an open-plan layout create a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. Perfect for a romantic dinner, a meeting with friends, or a business lunch in a stylish setting.

The cuisine at Huth DaMoritz is a homage to traditional Italian cooking – with a touch of creativity. Here, emphasis is placed on fresh ingredients and artisanal perfection. And what could be better than pasta at an Italian restaurant? That’s why we opted for the Pasta di tartufo. Truffles everywhere – my love. We also ordered the Linguine al Ragu della Mamma. Beef and pork with red wine, cooked according to a secret house recipe and with plenty of Parmesan cheese. The last main course was typical of my mom: Carbonara with Casarecce (a typical pasta type in Italy – here’s a link if you don’t know what it looks like).

I’ve been trying to avoid sweet treats as much as possible lately, but every time I’m out with my mom, she tempts me to indulge in something sweet. It’s always amazing how much sweetness she can eat. But let’s get to the point. This time, we ordered the tiramisu and the liquid chocolate cake for dessert at Huth DaMoritz. A true sweet temptation. You’ll definitely be full afterward.
