An aesthetic beach club has finally opened in Vienna, that you actually only know from photos on Instagram.
The Maya Garden is located directly on the Donau near Handelskai, about 10 minutes from the U2 (Subwaystation). After a somewhat longer search at the parking lot for the entrance, we were almost like in Mykonos. The whole flair of the beach club reminds you as if you were on vacation and that right in Vienna.
What can you expect here at the new beach club?
The first thing that strikes you are the beautiful four-poster loungers that are right on the shore. Then there is also an elevated pool and a DJ booth right next to it. There is also a large restaurant and an adjoining lounge area. If you want to make an extra fancy entrance come with a boat to the private jetty directly in front of the beachclub
There was a large selection of delicacies for drinks and food. Of course we had to try a little of everything. As a starter we had a tuna tartar with avocado cream, the crispy shrimp with kimchi aioli sauce and the buratta with tomatoes. – the shrimp were my favorite. For the main course we ate the cheeseburger with truffle cheese, spare ribs and a filet mignon. – i have a secret addiction to truffles 🙂 . Unfortunately, after all the delicious food, we didn’t have room for dessert.
Conclusion:
Great flair, aesthetic but relatively pricy
