A feeling like at moms place – although in this case your mama is a goddess of grilling steaks and burgers. A smoky and colorful atmosphere as if you were visiting home rather than in a restaurant.
Before the food is served, you get a small snack – a cup of popcorn. There are a variety of different beers and Mama’s own creations, but of course they have also the typical cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. But to get started, I had to order my beloved Aperol – because this gives me the best vibes.
Mom and the bull is a part of the huth gastronomic group and is located in the 1st district almost across from the city park (Stadtpark). The restaurant is specialized in grilling steaks or burgers. Of course, meat is only as good as its side dishes. There are enough of these here and I particularly liked mama’s sauce board – 4 different sauces that I probably wouldn’t order but was happy that I could try them. For my main course I had decided on a classic, a bacon cheeseburger, because I think the simpler recipes are more difficult than the sophisticated ones. As expected, I was only convinced of the best here – no comparison to others
