„Exceptionally genervous fragrance concentration.“ – Molton Brown London
If you don’t know the brand, I’ll give you a short summary here. The British perfumery was founded in London in 1971 and has been a British contemporary icon for cosmetic products ever since. They produce soaps, shower gels, perfumes and much more with careful quality. This is so high that even Queen Elizabeth II gave them an award for it. Although the brand is very simple in principle, it always amazes you with new, unique fragrance creations that you simply have to love. Timeless elegance that you can smell – a true masterpiece.
For this reason, I chose their wonderful Advent calendar this year so I could get to know this brand myself.
The Advent calendar looks beautiful at first glance and reminds you a bit of the Dior Advent calendar. When you open the doors there are 24 identical-looking compartments with numbers. In every compartment there is something different and unexpected. But since I don’t want to give too much away because it should still be a surprise for everyone who might want to try this Advent calendar next year, I’ll only show you 6 of the 24 doors for inspiration.
Molton Brown is one of those brands that not everyone knows, but those who do are enthusiastic about it. Since this is a luxury cosmetics brand, the price is adjusted accordingly. The scents are not comparable to the typical aromas you get in the drugstore, neither the quality. The good quality is characterized by the fact that the scent does not disappear immediately but remains lingering. So you not only pay for the brand but also for its unique creations and quality. This calendar gets an 8/10 from me.
