My face transformation – facial slimming

„Look the world straight in the face.“ – Helen Keller

I think we women are very self-critical of ourselves, some more than others. And that’s perfectly fine. You can love yourself but still strive for your own perfection. And for everyone their own perfection is something different, for me it was facial slimming. After puberty, I no longer had an elongated face, but rather it was round. Any weight loss didn’t help. That’s why I decided on a non-surgical option to simply see whether the methods are effective.

I had a total of 2 procedures, once in the chewing muscle and once in the chin. I got botox in my cheeks to relax the muscles and make my cheek area smaller. Masseter is the name of the procedure here. Then 2 weeks later I had my chin filled with 1ml of hyaloron so that the effect of an overall narrower face could be better achieved.

My personal tips and experiences:

🐚 Don’t go into the whole thing blindly, inform yourself first, have an initial conversation to be sure whether you want it

🐚 Botox and hyaluronic acid are broken down differently by each person, so the effect varies greatly

🐚 The final result is healed and is best visible 10 days after the procedure

🐚 You should be careful with your chin so that you don’t lean on it anywhere

🐚 The result is not forever

🐚 If you want to have a procedure, you have to be the only one who wants it, because it is your face and your decision

🐚 No alcohol or blood-thinning medications on the day of treatment

I just want to mention that I am not a doctor nor have I had any training. This is just my personal summary of my experiences and my tips. It can vary from person to person.

Conclusion:

I couldn’t be happier with the end result
