Are you searching for a new hotspot in Vienna? It´s feminin, elegant and it´s called Restaurant Paulo & Vitos.
An ultimative beautiful restaurant hidden in the center of the city. I’m talking about the newly discovered restaurant Paul & Vitos. Which is located in the 1st district in Vienna. I discovered this gem while walking through the city with a friend, looking for a quiet spot to eat, drink and gossip. We were both so enchanted by the first impression that we had to sit down and try it out straight away.
The Paul & Vitos restaurant is located in a side street off Graben right next to St. Peter’s Church, which everyone sees when they walk in the city. Even if not everyone knows what the church is called in the side street from Graben. And that’s exactly where the cute and aesthetic restaurant is located. There is a cozy and beautiful terrace right in front of the restaurant where you can enjoy the sun and warmth. And when all the Fiakers (carriages) drive past behind you, you feel like you’re in a movie – at least that’s how it was for me.
If you think that’s all about looks, you’re wrong. Because the Paul & Vitos restaurant is almost even more beautiful from the inside. It radiates femininity and pure elegance. WOW. The walls are decorated in different shades of green with stucco. The elaborate tiles in black and white and the matching wallpaper give the whole thing a certain contrast. The chairs are a bright cherry red and the decoration throughout the restaurant is gold.
I believe that this feminine elegance of the restaurant Paul & Vitos naturally extends to the food and its presentation. The overall concept is fresh and light. I can hardly contain my excitement.
The restaurant Paul & Vitos is a perfect place to have a quiet drink and chat with a friend. And of course an Aperol Spritz should not be missing. This was very tasty mixed and the ideal drink for a hot spring day.
For food we ordered buffalo mozzarella with apricot chutney, rocket and bread chips. Another dish was the Paul & Vitos beef tartare with Dijon mustard cream, toasted rosemary bread and also rocket. What I noticed was that the arugula in both dishes had some kind of pink balsamic sauce on it. Tasty and aesthetic. We also had the steak house fries with aioli (a cold cream from the Mediterranean region consisting of garlic, olive oil and salt, no mayonnaise) to share. A definitely delicious decision at the restaurant Paul & Vitos
I have to admit that I was really surprised when I walked past the Paul & Vitos restaurant. That there are such nice restaurants in the middle of Vienna and that there isn’t all hell going on there. At first we were a bit alone but within half an hour all the tables on the terrace had filled up. You really have to be quick.
The restaurant Paul & Vitos is definitely the next hotspot for a girls‘ night out. The ambience is nice, the food is and looks delicious. The staff is professional and friendly. I can’t think of anything I did not like about the exoperience. So for all my girls in Vienna, you definitely need to go to Paul & Vitos and see for yourself what it’s like. You can thank me later!
Conclusion:
