The Sentido Unique Blue is an all-inclusive and adults only hotel. – What do you need more to come down and relax? Endless food, cocktails and the most important rest.
It is located about 10 minutes from Heraklion Airport, Crete and is right on the beach.
At first glance, the hotel radiates harmony and minimalism. It is kept very simple and small, although there are over 200 rooms. But only about 1/4 has sea views – of course I had to have a sea view. The whole aesthetic of the hotel was just right and to my liking. The staff tried very hard from the first second that we felt good.
It was a real all inclusive hotel. That means everything was included, the food, an extensive selection of drinks and the loungers, whether at the pool or on the beach. In addition, there were also paid offers such as the shisha in the evening, special drinks and the SPA – we received a discount code of -30% when booking and I just couldn’t resist. The food was delicious. There was a lot of choice and the assortment changed every day, so it never got boring. The beach bar offered unlimited cocktails – we enjoyed these at the beach/pool.
Every night there was different live music, DJ or singers. The cocktails here were of course included in the price. And you have the most beautiful view you can imagine -the sunset over the sea. Alternatively, card and board games were offered, the focus was placed on rest and relaxation. – it is not a party hotel.
It is a great hotel for couples who want to switch off and not have to worry about a thing.
It should be noted that the wind is constantly blowing on Crete, which is advantageous because of the heat, but it also produces high and loud waves. – especially at night.
Conclusion:
A little bit pricy for only one week but definitely worth it
